Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in the first 21 days after your purchase but unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on orders which have gone past 21 days after the purchase. If a customer simply changes their mind about an order once it has arrived, it is their responsibility to pay the "return shipping" fee. The item must be packed well to ensure it arrives in good condition. Your refund will be processed when we receive your item. Thank you!

When will my order be shipped?

Our orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. We understand that you would like to have your order shipped as soon as possible. However, due to the high volume of orders we handle and our small family crew, we are working diligently to expedite your order. We do offer the option of a RUSH service, which allows us to ship your order within 1-3 business days. To prioritize your order, simply add the RUSH listing to your purchase. By doing so, we will ensure that your order is given top priority. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order within the specified 1-3 business days, we will refund the cost of the RUSH service.

My order arrived damage

Please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, these things happen from time to time. But don't worry, we will work with you to ensure that your order is completed correctly. Please provide us with a photo of the damages. We can either send you a replacement or, if you prefer, offer you a partial refund. It's important to note that all of our pieces come with a "light distress" as part of the finished product, which is not considered damage.

Nothing wrong with my purchase, simply changed my mind and would like to return.

If you would like to return your order due to dissatisfaction, that is not a problem. However, please be aware that return shipping and shipment costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the return is packaged correctly to prevent any damage and that it is done within 21 days of purchase.

All pieces have a light distress finish. Can I order non-distress ?

Our products are crafted from high-quality metal or cast iron materials. Each piece features a beautifully distressed finish that gives it unique character. At this time, we're focusing exclusively on our distressed collection and do not offer non-distressed options.

How long is standard international shipping from US to Canada? First Class and Priority

• First-Class International Service from the US to Canada takes between 11 to 20 business days. • USPS Priority Mail from the US to Canada takes between 6-10 business days

Do you provide hardware for your brackets ?

For our products, we have made a conscious decision not to include screws with our brackets. The reason behind this is that we cannot predict or anticipate the type of surface or texture to which the brackets will be attached. Each surface, whether it's wood, concrete, metal, or any other material, may require a specific type of screw to ensure a secure and sturdy attachment. For this reason, we highly recommend that you consult with a handyman or a professional who has deep understanding and knowledge of the material to which the brackets will be fastened. They would be able to provide you with the most suitable screws based on the material and ensure that the brackets are safely and securely installed.

Is your Patina Green paint color actually "verdigris " ?

Our name "Patina Green" is exclusively designated for our paint color. It is important to note that the listing does not explicitly mention the presence of a vertigris texture in this particular paint color.

Can I return a sale item ? An item that has been marked down?

Unfortunately, no. All sale items and products that have been marked down are final.

Outdoor care for your signs

Our cast-iron signs are carefully sealed with multiple coats of protective polyurethane to help protect the finish from moisture and the elements. Four coats are applied in our shop initially, before shipping. After that we recommend: •Mild/protected exposure: inspect yearly and recoat about every 12–18 months. •Full sun, rain, sprinklers, or coastal/salty air: inspect every 6 months and consider one fresh coat every 6–12 months. •Don’t wait for rust. If the clear coat starts looking cloudy, chalky, cracked, or worn—especially along edges and raised areas—clean and recoat it. Because cast iron is naturally susceptible to rust, occasional maintenance will help preserve your sign and keep it beautiful for many years.
