I ordered a giant Salt Lamp for my sisters birthday back in May. The initial processing was fast and it was shipped out in a timely manner, however, the delivery company lost it in Birmingham, I spoke with Luke who was not only very sweet and apologetic but arranged a replacement straight away. Unfortunately, despite the box being covered in fragile tape the delivery company weren't that careful and it arrived completely broken. Luke went above and beyond to send out another one with added protection to counter DPDs lack of care. He arranged next day delivery and it arrived, safely and intact. My sister is thrilled and I can't thank Luke and the team enough for their hard work and dedication. Their customer service and whole approach is top tier! Can't recommend them enough. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

The plug would not fit into my wall, number one The box was smashed to smithereens The salt lamp was beat to hell There was absolutely no lightbulbs, and I have no idea what lightbulb to get for it as nothing was indicated. I absolutely hate it, and I would never recommend it to anybody as it just sits in the corner wasting that beautiful Himalayan salt 😪

Delivery was a week later than promised. It’s half the height as shown on the photo and when I mentioned this, I was offered to send it back. But it’s not the easiest thing to just send back as it’s naturally very heavy. I would have preferred a slight discount on either the item or another purchase. Not happy and won’t use again.
