Stranded Norwegian knitting pattern in 2 colors, with yoke.
Knitted in 100 % merino wool, aran weight.
Amount of yarn used for sweater pictured, size S: 15 balls of yarn = 1305 yards (1200 m)
13 balls of background color, 2 balls og contrast color (white).
Each ball of yarn is approx. 80 m or 87 yards.
Add 2 skeins for every size you go up.

The sweater is knitted all in one piece, in the round, so it's practically seamless.
Stitched under the sleeve openings only.
The reductions for the neck is done in between the pattern rounds,
marked with pink lines in the diagram.
