I accept returns if an item arrives damaged or there is a printing issue. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage or problem, and I will offer a replacement or refund. Conditions: Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 21 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please Note: I do not accept returns or exchanges for items that were ordered in the wrong size or due to a change of mind. As required under EU consumer law, if you're located in the EU and your item is not custom, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned unused and in original condition.

Damaged Item on delivery

Send a message with a photo of the damage with the packaging label included. Please include name and address in this photo on the label. This will allow us to assess the issue with the carrier or printing team. Once we have reviewed the details, a resolution will be provided. This may include a free replacement, refund or another solution we agree upon. All damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Delayed deliveries OR arrived after shown timeframe

Unfortunately we cant control the carriers once the item is with them. Delays with shipping and customs can happen and we are unable to issue refunds unless the item purchased is classified as lost by the carrier. If this does happen you will be given a resolution. Please keep in mind delivery times are estimated based on past deliveries and are not guaranteed. Timeframes can vary depending on time of year such as public holidays or any other exceptions which no one can control. Refunds can not be offered for this. However a resolution can be offered depending on case.

Will my print look exactly like the listing photo?

We do our best to keep the artwork as close to the listing image as possible. However, depending on the size you select, slight cropping may occur to ensure the best fit and composition. Any adjustments are carefully made so your print still looks beautifully balanced and true to the original design.
