thank you for your feedback! There was no belt buckle included because you did not order a belt. As per the product description, you ordered our cotton webbing that is a raw material that can be used to MAKE a belt - it’s also used for bag straps, backpack straps, and other crafts. I’m sorry you misunderstood what you ordered - but “belting” is a sewing term used to describe this type of material and does not imply that you would receive a finished belt. We have it shown with our 38mm tri-slides that are commonly used to make bags and backpacks as an example.
