When will my order arrive?

Please refer to your order confirmation email which will contain your estimated delivery date. Please note: this is an estimated delivery date provided by the delivery company. In some circumstances there are delays in post, which we can not be held responsible for. If you need your order by a specific date, please ensure you allow enough time for your order to arrive in case of unexpended delivery delays.

I need my item sooner - is this possible?

Before purchasing, just send us a message and we will let you know if we are able to fulfil your order by the date required. If you need your order by a specific date in the near future, we usually suggest upgrading your postage method to a next day delivery, or if an international order, to express/expedited delivery.

What postage service do you use?

We use Royal Mail for all UK, and standard international orders. For International express orders, we use UPS or FedEx (depending on the country).

Are you taking on custom orders?

As of 04/2022 we are no longer taking on custom design orders. Custom design orders refer to a customer requesting a product that is not currently displayed in our shop. We are only offering the designs as shown in our shop, however almost all of these can be personalised as shown and described in the listings.

Do you send digital proofs/samples before printing?

We do not send digital proofs of our products as standard, as the images are a true representation of the product. However we are happy to send a digital proof of your order for you to see and approve before we print, if requested. You can make your request within your order notes, or send us a direct message on Etsy and we will send one to you before we print your order. With that being said, it is worth baring in mind, that digital proofs can delay order dispatch and delivery dates as in some cases, we are having to wait a significant amount of time for print approval, which causes delays in printing.

Do you do double sided printing?

At the moment, we do not offer double sided printing.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Use the drop down menu to select the number of cards you require.

2. Upload your QR code in the personalisation section - If you do not have a QR code, see below on how to generate a QR code.

3. Add the item to your basket and checkout.

4. We will personalise and print your order with the QR code.

5. Your order will be posted to you within the timeframe shown at the checkout.

HOW TO CREATE A QR CODE

If your wedding website, or digital photo album doesn't already provide a QR code, simply follow these steps to create one.

1. Copy the link for the website you want your guests to upload photos to.

2. Go to Adobe QR code generator. You can find this through google - I am unable to upload the direct link here.

3. Paste the link your copied earlier into the URL section.

4. The QR code will be generated, and be available to download.

5. Download the QR code and test it with your phone to make sure it goes to the correct website.

6. Upload the QR code in the personalisation section, and we will print it onto the cards for your guests to scan.

Please note: there are other QR code generators available, however please be wary of generators that appear to be free, but only allow a few scans before the code no longer works without payment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- These cards are business card sized at 8.5cm x 5.5.cm

- They are printed on a smooth cardstock - NOT GLOSSY

- We print the QR code that is sent to us. Please ensure you check the QR code takes you to the correct web address when it is scanned. We can not be held responsible if the QR code sent to us is incorrect. If it your responsibility to ensure the one you send is correct and works as expected.

- These cards are single sided, we do not currently offer double sided printing.

- Samples are NOT personalised. They are instead the perfect opportunity to see the quality of the print, card thickness and size of these cards.

- We do not send digital proofs / samples of your order as standard. If you wish to see your design before it is printed, please request this when placing your order and we will happily send one to you.

- We can edit the wording on the cards, if you would like it editing please let us know when you place your order. If no edits are requested, the wording as shown in the product images will be printed as standard.
