How do I Access my Digital Download?

Sign in to Etsy – Go to Etsy.com and log in to your account. (Downloads are not available through the Etsy app.) Go to Your Purchases – Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Purchases and Reviews." Find Your Order – Locate your order and click "Download Files." Save Your Files – The files will open in a new tab. Click "Download" and save them to your device. If you checked out as a guest, find the download link in your email receipt. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. Still need help? Message me!! and I’ll be happy to assist! 😊

Why can't I access my digital purchases?

If you purchased on the Etsy App, you cannot access your digital purchases. You will have to access it on your desktop computer using your browser. If you'd like help, message me and I can even email you your plans for your convenience.

Can I have the CAD drawings or 3D files?

In general terms, no you cannot. I have to protect my IP by limiting how I distribute my files. With your purchase you get everything you need to make your DIY projects. You'll get material lists, cut sheets, and even illustrated assembly instructions. Very rarely do I make an exception so if you still have this question please reach out to me.

I didn't receive my order. What should I do?

Immediately after purchase, your order has been delivered in digital form. You get instant access to the PDF of the plans. You access them by logging into your Etsy account on a web browser (not the app), going to “Your Account” > “Purchases and Reviews,” and clicking the “Download Files” button next to your order. Please note that you cannot access your purchase through the Etsy app — you must log in on a desktop or mobile web browser to download your files.

I would like to return my item and get a refund.

Unfortunately, once you download the plans, I cannot process a return. Downloading the plans onto your computer means that I can no longer take the item back. It's as if you purchased food, consumed it and wanted to return it. It cannot be done. Once the plans are on your computer, it is impossible for me to have control over it. For this reason, once you download your plans, I cannot offer a refund.

Generally, if you message me and ask nicely, I would be happy to offer you a coupon code for a one-time use.

How long does it take you to create these plans?

Generally, each item takes anywhere from 50-120 hours of work to complete. There is the concept design, iterations, final design, 3D modeling, CAD work, and finally completing the plans and instructions and proofreading every single detail. It is very labor intensive to create each piece.

Do you use AI to create your listings?

NO. There is no AI use in any way when I create these pieces and listings. Every item is hand designed, 3D modeled and worked on by me and only me. I spend anywhere from 50-120 hours per listing. I do NOT use AI in any single part of the process. Every drawing, plan, dimensions, and text is created by me.

The Terra Patio Chair dimensions are 29-in x 36-in x 34-in high. All measurements are IMPERIAL (feet and inches). This is NOT a physical product. There will be no chair shipped to you, these are only plans and instructions.

MATERIALS NEEDED:
This build uses readily available lumber from your local big box home improvement store. We will be using some 2x4s and some cedar dog-ear fence pickets. We'll turn this economical lumber into a beautiful outdoor chair.

SKILL LEVEL:
• Beginner to Advanced: This project is ideal for the beginner woodworker. You will need a table saw to mill down some of the pieces to size.

MODIFYING:
The chair can always be modified by you to adjust dimensions such as length, width, and height. However, I may not be able to assist you with calculating the new dimensions. Please reach out to me if you have any questions however.

HOW TO USE:
