When will my order ship?

Production times vary for different items and are listed for each individual item. A ship date will automatically be assigned to your order according to the production time needed for the particular item or items that you purchased. Will I receive an Art Proof?

The majority of the items sold in our shop do not require art proofs. Please see individual listing descriptions to see if an art proof will be sent for the particular item(s) that you ordered. The time frame in which we send art proofs varies depending on the number of open orders that we currently have that require custom artwork. During extremely busy times, it make take a week or more to receive your proof. We create art and send proofs in order according to due date. We try to send them as quickly as possible. Please note: Failure to approve your art proof in a timely manner will cause production delays and add additional processing time to your order. We will kindly proceed with your order within one week of sending your proof.

What if my item arrives broken?

Although it is rare that our items arrive broken or damaged, it occasionally can occur. Should your item(s) arrive damaged or broken we will replace that item(s) for you at no charge. We must be notified within 2 days upon receipt of shipment. We will need photos sent to us of the damaged/broken item as well as photos of the packaging. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier, so please be sure to save all shipping cartons and packaging for inspection purposes.

Engraving and Glass Quality?

Lone Star Etch has a commitment to quality and we want you to be pleased with your order. To this end, any defects in our engraving will be corrected as quickly as possible, and without charge. ***PLEASE NOTE: The following are typical characteristics of molded glassware and occur during the manufacturing process and are not considered flaws or defects.(LSE will not offer refunds or replacements.) • LITTLE BUMPS & INDENTIONS: Occasionally, molded glassware will have a small bump or two. Small indentions that look like lines are also quite common. • TINY BUBBLES: Tiny bubbles that are suspended in the glass are called seeds and are caused by gasses trapped in the molten glass during the manufacturing process. Seeds are quite common.

How long will it take to engrave the item(s) I ordered?

We hand pick and engrave each item as the orders come through. Items are engraved in order according to the scheduled ship date that has been assigned to your order. How can I change the shipping address for my order?

Please send us a message through Etsy messenger to let us know that you need to update your shipping address. Please make sure to reference your Etsy Order number in the subject line. ***Please note: We receive a large volume of messages each day. It may be a a day or two before we see your message. In some cases your order may have already shipped before we've had the chance to see your change of address request. We are happy to ship your order back out once it's returned to us. Additional shipping charges will apply. Helpful tip: When using the mobile app to checkout, double check the shipping address you have on file to make sure it's correct.

Can I pay extra to rush my order or to expedite the shipping method?

HOLIDAY UPDATE: We are not able to offer rush services or offer expedited shipping options during the months of November and December. Thank you for understanding. Any other time of year, please reach out to us through Etsy messenger prior to placing your order to see if we are able to meet your specified in-hands date. Possible rush fees and additional shipping charges may apply.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand if you need to cancel your order, but please do so within 2 days of purchase. We purchase inventory and materials needed based on the number of orders that need to be fulfilled. For this reason, we are not able to cancel your order if it has been more than 2 days since the purchase. We strive to ship orders very quick whenever it's possible. This means your order may ship early and within the first 2 days of you placing the order. If your order has already shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel the order.
