If you choose USPS, you may experience delays. I can't offer Free Reprints on Late or Missing Packages. Once a package has been shipped, unfortunately it's out of my control on when you will receive your item(s). (Trust me - shipping delays are just as frustrating to me as they are for you and it hurts me to see when an order is delayed!)

Oops - I just realize I made a Mistake after I approved the Proof!

Once a proof is approved, it's sent to the printer or put into production and you'll have to repurchase.

Do you sell any designs non-personalized or just the illustrations?

No, all items in my shop are Personalized by me and no illustrations are sold as is.
