Purchase confidently from this seller. The quality of the frame is great, it arrived without so much as a chip or a scratch, and it looks exactly as pictured in the listing. Most of all though, the customer service is superb. My item had an issue at customs that was out of my control and the seller's control. Without hesitation the seller shipped a brand new item to me, via a different carrier, with expedited shipping at no additional cost to me. They checked in every step of the way and were consistently responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I'm really happy I decided to go with this vendor over some others I looked at. If I ever need one again, I won't hesitate to come back here.
