How do I download my order?

All digital purchases can be found in the "Downloads" section of your Etsy account. Here's how to navigate there: help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013328108-How-to-Download-a-Digital-Item IMPORTANT: You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, you need to sign into your Etsy account via the internet browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox etc).

Can I use your designs for Print on Demand (POD)?

To use any design for Print on Demand, you need to purchase the Extended Commercial License here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1744470338 You only need to purchase this license once and it covers all future shop purchases as well.

Are purchases from your shop refundable?
