• Design placement may vary or be reduced depending on the size ordered. Slight variations are natural; however, each pillow is cut with careful consideration to ensure the most optimal and balanced placement possible.
• Heavy-duty hidden zippers are used on most pillows and are selected based on fabric weight. All zippers are fully concealed for a clean, elegant finish.
• When selecting a size to match your insert, please note that it is standard in the industry for the finished pillow covers may measure up to 1” smaller than the listed size. This ensures a full, well-filled appearance and your cover fits snug and you do not have a sad looking pillow and it is full and plump
• Because each pillow is custom made to order, all sales are final on custom orders.
• No cancellations or returns are accepted once fabric has been ordered and cut.
• Production times listed are estimates and may vary depending on fabric availability and current order volume. Orders may ship sooner or, in some cases, be delayed.
• If you require a specific color or have fabric questions, or need your order by a certain date, please message me before placing your order so availability and timing can be confirmed.
• Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
