What sizes do you offer? Can I order a custom size?

Our standard range is XS–XXL with a relaxed, true-to-size fit — every listing has a size chart. Custom sizing is free: choose your item, place the order and send us your measurements in a message. We can also adjust sleeve or pant length.

How long will my order take?

Every piece is made to order in 5–7 business days. Standard international shipping with tracking takes 14–21 days depending on your country; Express (UPS/FedEx) takes 6–8 days and can be selected at checkout. Need it by a specific date? Message us before ordering — we'll confirm the timeline.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

USA: no — all import duties are included in the checkout price, you pay nothing at delivery. EU & UK: VAT is collected by Etsy at checkout where required. Other countries: local import fees, if any, are set by your customs office and paid by the buyer — message us if you'd like to check for your country.

Machine wash gentle in lukewarm or cold water (30°C) with similar colors, do not bleach, hang to dry or tumble dry low. Iron warm while slightly damp if you like a crisp look — or skip it: linen's soft natural crease is part of its charm. A small shrinkage (2–3%) after the first wash is normal; we account for it in the fit. Linen only gets softer with every wash.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges — contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition; return shipping is paid by the buyer. Custom-size and personalized orders are non-refundable. If anything is wrong with your order, message us first — we always find a solution.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Is my order gift-ready? Yes — every order arrives in our signature linen pouch with a handmade GNIZDO tag, beautiful enough to gift as is. Buying a gift? We can include a handwritten note — just tell us the text in a message.
