Custom and personalized orders

I do not do the refund and exchange of custom or personalized orders after they are shiped. If you want to cancel an custom or personalized order, you need to do this before the order is shiped. Return of payment for custom or personalized orders before they are sent is made with deduction of 20% of the sum total order.

Returns and exchange details

If you are not satisfied with your purchase , please send us a message prior to leaving negative feedback to give us the opportunity to correct the issue the best we can. Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. In case of returning the product back to us, refund will be proceeded WHEN the product is received by us in a good condition. Please note that when returning funds for the order, a 20% commission will be charged as well as the cost of shipping the order to your country.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you want to have something special - gift wrap or a small note - just let us know via convo. As for packaging all of our products have special package.
