Do you offer printing?

No, I don’t currently offer printing services. However, here are some suggestions to help you achieve the best results when printing my designs: For items like tags, covers, journaling cards, and other sturdy pieces, I recommend using 110 lb (250 gsm) cardstock. It provides the perfect balance of thickness and durability. For journaling pages and items that may add bulk quickly, I prefer 28-32 lb (105 gsm) paper. It’s lighter but still high-quality, making it great for pages that fold or stack. Feel free to experiment with different paper types to suit your specific project!

What are the terms of use?

Every purchase includes a crafting license. You may use my designs for personal projects and in fully assembled, finished handmade physical items that you sell. You may not sell or share the digital files, sell printed pages, cut pieces, or kits, or use the designs in digital products, print-on-demand, or mass production. Use in product listings, mockups, or marketing for other products is not allowed. Each user must purchase their own copy (no classroom or group use). What are your refund policies?

All sales are final due to the nature of digital downloads. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for our products. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. To help with your decision, we provide lots of images and detailed descriptions of our products. Please review these carefully before making a purchase.

How do I access my downloads?

To access your files, log into Etsy using a browser (not the app), go to Purchases & Reviews, and click Download Files next to your order. You'll receive a PDF file — open it and click the yellow button inside to access your files in Dropbox. Both PDF and JPG versions are included; just delete whichever file type you don't need. A Dropbox account is not required. If you checked out as a guest, Etsy may email a download link (check spam/junk), but this isn't always consistent. How long are my downloads available on Etsy?

Your digital downloads on Etsy are available indefinitely. You can download your purchased files as many times as you need, from any device you own, by logging into your Etsy account and going to Purchases & Reviews. If you checked out as a guest, you’ll find a download link in the receipt email sent after purchase. Please note: if your purchase was made during my time on a previous server, you may see an older download link. If you run into any issues or the link doesn’t work, just contact me and I’ll be happy to send you an updated download.

What file types are included with your digital downloads?

All of my digital downloads include JPG and PDF formats to ensure compatibility with a variety of software and printing needs.

Why do I need to download my files from Dropbox instead of Etsy?

Etsy limits file sizes, so large, high-quality files are delivered through Dropbox. Don't worry — it's easy. 1. Download and open the PDF file from Etsy. 2. Click the yellow button inside to access your files in Dropbox. 3. Both PDF and JPG versions are included — just delete whichever file type you don't need. A Dropbox account is not required. Can I get a refund if I accidentally buy something twice?

Unfortunately, Etsy allows digital items to be purchased multiple times and doesn't warn you if you’ve bought them before. It also doesn’t flag if an item is already included in a larger kit or bundle. I do my best to show what’s included in every listing with clear images and descriptions. Because Etsy charges a nonrefundable fee on every purchase, I’m not able to offer full refunds for accidental duplicates. That said, if this is your first time, I’m happy to offer a 50% refund as a one-time courtesy—just message me within 3 days of your order.

Why does my download link take me to Playbook and say I can't access the file?

If your download is taking you to Playbook, your order was placed before a server migration and Etsy doesn't refresh those older links automatically. No worries — just reach out and I'll get your updated files to you. Contact me through Etsy messages with your order number (or just describe which files aren't working) and I'll send them over as quickly as I can. You'll need to open them from a browser or computer, as the Etsy app doesn't support PDF downloads.
