All vintage items will have been worn & may have signs of use. Please don’t expect perfection unless stated.I describe obvious flaws wear & damage to the best of my ability so you can make an informed decision to buy. I’m not infallible & if I really have completely overlooked a major issue please contact me. I only purchase vintage furs and Whilst in my care all my furs are hung on suitable hangers in a climate controlled room. They will only be packed in a box once purchased. Once you receive your fur, hang it up as soon as possible so that it can regain shape and so that any creases from transit will fall away. Fur is best kept in a cool environment to maintain its condition, 10 degrees c and 55% humidity is ideal. Keep out of direct sunlight and extreme heat & do not keep it in a bag long term. Do not spray perfume onto fur as it may stain it

UK orders I ship via Royal Mail tracked 24 or 48 hr service or Special delivery by 1pm for high value items. For heavy items i may ship via a courier. International orders I use the Royal Mail International Tracked or tracked & signed service insured up to £250 Please check the progress of your order to prevent it from being returned to me as uncollected & to avoid losses If your parcel is returned to me I will contact you to rearrange delivery at your cost. CUSTOMS FEES I am not responsible for any customs charges, vat or delays, these are the responsibility of the buyer. International customers The UK has now left the EU so you will be required to pay fees, please consider this before purchasing

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping will be from new unused materials otherwise I re-use clean cardboard boxes & packaging in whatever form where possible. I do purchase tissue paper and large letter postage boxes FSC certified or brown packaging paper & recyclable plastic bags. Please re-use your packing wherever possible otherwise recycle. I am currently using clear packaging tape which I saved from going into a skip as a business didn’t need it! I thought it was better to use it once before going to landfill even though it isn’t recyclable.

Antique 1920s shoe in dark blue leather with faux buckle embellishment to the front 1910-1920s
The leather is strong supple and sound with only light surface creases and they appear to be completely wearable, I have cleaned them and given them a coat of leather conditioner . Light Signs of wear to heel rubber sole has been added to the sole- a vintage addition
The inside of the shoes are leather lined and are stamped in gold J Sears & Co Boot Co Ltd True form trade mark
No unpleasant odours
