All scrubs are made by me with your choice of pockets and style. Buyers can request any length and modifications can be made with additional pockets, badge loops or other needs. For the best fit, send me the armpit to armpit measurement, and the length (measure from top or middle back--down to hem)

Always wash your scrub tops in COLD water to reduce fading and shrinking. Dry on MEDIUM heat for 7-10 minutes and hang immediately. You probably won't even have to iron!

Since Scrubs are 100% Cotton, will they Shrink?

I try to choose good quality cotton fabrics, usually quilting quality which are thicker, more durable and have some good "give". They also shrink less, sew better and last longer. Your Fabrics are Pre-washed (Warm water and tumble dry on MEDIUM for 10 minutes) to eliminate any dye chemicals, reduce shrinkage and ensure a more accurate cut on my scrub tops.

Can I have fabric sent to you ?

YES! You can order online(Joanns, Amazon, Spoonflower etc) and have fabric sent directly to my address. For sizes extra small to large, a minimum of 2 yards of 44-45" wide fabric is required. Sizes XL-3X I need 2.5 yards of 44-45" fabric. (100% cotton, pima cotton, kona cotton are best) Please make sure fabric is NOT FLANNEL or FLEECE! YES! All my sizes for men are longer in the torso and sleeve length. The unisex sizes are really for women who want the traditional straight scrub top with rectangular lower pockets. The armpit to armpit measurement on both men and unisex sizes are almost the same.

Why do you make a "Lady Style"? What is different from the UNISEX STYLE?

LADY style (I'm sure there is a better name, but it had to fit in the variation boxes) which is slightly tapered at the waist, slightly slanted lower pockets and a slightly curved hem to lessen the "Boxy" look--its cute! (sizes XS, S, M, L, XL) The UNISEX style is like the men's, but sleeves and torso are shortened for women's height and lower pockets are normal rectangular.

How long does it take to sew and ship a scrub top? Scrub Cap?

None of my scrub tops are pre-made so I sew them with your specifications.It depends not only on how many orders I have in my queue, but also the quantity of scrub tops in 1 order. If i only have 3 orders, but each of those orders have 5 scrub tops, it obviously will take me longer to get thru those than single orders. On an average, I can sew 3-4 scrub tops a day. Usually I set my turn around time on Etsy to 1-2 weeks. Scrub Caps are usually set to 2-4 days.

WHen will my order arrive? What if I need it by a deadline, or in a hurry for a birthday gift?

We ship all standard orders via USPS First Class Mail, which typically takes 1–5 business days to arrive after shipment. Please note that we are an independent small business, not a major corporation with a private delivery fleet. We package and ship your items rapidly, but transit times are entirely dependent on the US Postal Service. If you are on a tight deadline, please select a Priority Mail upgrade at checkout. Wholesale availability

No! I have had hospitals and offices ask me if they order 50 or 100 what kind of discount can I give ? I am not able to buy fabric wholesale or buy in bulk since most of my customers are looking for different options, not 10 of the same fabric. I cant make 10 scrub tops any quicker when they are ordered together. The only discount I can offer is on shipping. I can ship 4 scrub tops together for the price of 1. My prices are based on the TIME/LABOR it takes me to make a scrub top/hat/jacket

Can I cancel my order?

There is a "grace" period for 24 hrs after your order is placed if you decide to cancel your order. After 24 hrs, there will be a $12 cancellation fee since often by that time I have already cut out your scrub top to your specifications.
