Do I need to purchase a license?

If you are using my art to make items to sell, you will need to purchase a License for each clipart bundle. Alternatively you may wish to give clickable credit (www.etsy.com/au/shop/WondermoreStudio) to my shop until you reach 20 sales, then purchase a License. It is your responsibility to keep close track of your sales. I offer a Small Commercial License and an Extended Commercial License. The Small Commercial License allows you to use ONE clipart bundle from my shop to create items for commercial use (up to 100 sales). If you intend to use the clipart bundle on a larger scale, please purchase multiple Licenses or the Extended Commercial License (up to 5000 sales)

Can I sell on Third Party Platforms?

If you are using my art to sell on third party platforms such as zazzle or spoonflower you will need a license immediately AND give clickable credit to my shop (www.etsy.com/au/shop/WondermoreStudio).If you are using it in connection with your business in any way at all, eg logo, flyers etc. you will need a license immediately.

How can I use your art?

All my clipart bundles come with a Standard License. You are free to use them for personal or non-profit projects when no money is being made. In case you want to use my art for items to sell such as stickers, logos, fabric, gift paper, printable items please keep in mind you must use it as part of your own design. This means you need to add significant elements (25%) to make it a unique design that differs to my original art. If you are creating digital items for sales they must be in a format that cannot be edited (eg. pdf, jpeg etc.) RESELLING/LICENSING MY CLIPART IN IT'S ORIGINAL FORM IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED. Legal action will be taken against those who break my terms.

Can I use the graphics in a logo, blog, and the like?

This is allowed. This counts as a commercial project for a company, a brand, etc. No further license is required here. However, please remember that the graphics may not be used as they are. They must be part of an advanced theme, with additional resources, graphics and/or text.

Can I use the graphics on pillows, clothes and the like?

Yes, this is also allowed. But here, too, the same applies as in the previous point. The graphics need to be expanded. For example, it is not possible to print a single file I purchased on a pillow. The graphic MUST be PART of a design. The graphics are designed to complete/improve your design, not the sole design.

Can the graphics be used in scrapbooking kits?

Yes, they are allowed to. However, it is especially important here that these must be part of an extended design. The design must be significantly different from the graphics purchased. In addition, the parts of the kit you create must not be directly competitive with the original file you purchased. For digital kits, the above point also applies that the graphic must not be extractable.
