How do I place a custom order? We love creating custom orders! To get started, simply contact us and provide us with size and color options. We'll be happy to provide you with an estimate and work with you to create a unique and personalized piece. How long will it take to receive my custom order? Since each custom order is unique, the time it takes to create and ship your order may vary. We'll provide you with an estimated timeline when we discuss your custom order, so you know what to expect.

Couriers We Work With

Which courier services do you use for shipping? We work with trusted courier services such as DHL, FEDEX, and TNT to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time. Can I choose a specific courier for my order? At this time, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific courier services. However, we do work with reputable couriers above to ensure that your order is shipped quickly and arrives in good condition.

Order Tracking and Shipping

Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive tracking information via ETSY message. You can use this information to track your package and see the estimated delivery date. Is shipping free? We offer free shipping to customers in the US. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. We'll provide you with an estimated delivery date when your order is shipped. It generally takes 3-4 business days for your order to be delivered.

What if I don't like my order?

While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your order, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may wish to return it. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us immediately so we can discuss options for returning or exchanging it.

Will I be charged VAT and duty for orders shipped to the UK? If your order is being shipped to the UK, you may be required to pay VAT, duty, or delivery charges. You'll be contacted by the courier company (such as FedEx, TNT, or DHL) if these fees apply to your order. They’ll send you a bill stating exactly which fees you need to pay. They’ll normally hold your parcel for about 3 weeks. If you have not paid the bill by then, your parcel will be returned to the sender. You will not have to pay anything to the delivery company to receive goods worth less than £135.

VAT is charged on all goods (except for gifts worth £39 or less) sent from: outside the UK to Great Britain outside the UK and the EU to Northern Ireland VAT is not charged on goods that are gifts worth £39 or less. You pay VAT when you buy the goods or to the delivery company before you receive them. If you have to pay VAT to the delivery company, it’s charged on the total package value, including: * the value of the goods * postage, packaging, and insurance * any duty you owe. VAT is charged at the VAT rate that applies to your goods. *The standard VAT rate is 20% The standard rate of VAT increased to 20% on 4 January 2011 (from 17.5%).

Who collects VAT for UK buyers?

1. Goods worth £35 or less in total * If your order is £35 or less in total Etsy will have included VAT in the total you paid on the checkout page. 2. Goods worth more than £35 in total * You will have to pay VAT to the delivery company either before the goods are delivered or when you collect them. 3. Love this coffee table. It was very easy to put together and looks great! I just ordered a base as I had the glass top already. I couldn’t believe how fast it arrived. It was fun tracking it through the different countries. It’s amazing that I have a coffee table right from Turkey!! Seller’s wife included a handmade coaster which I thought was very cool! I would highly recommend this seller!
