• Our Quality Guarantee: If we made a mistake (sent the wrong item, color, or size) or if your item arrives damaged, we will make it right! Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery, and we will arrange a premium replacement.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided, the customer will be responsible for the postage cost to re-ship the item.
