HOW CAN I DETERMINE WHICH FILE TO USE BASED ON THE SIZE I NEED?

✨In the listing description or details, you will find the available sizes for printing. This guide will help you decide which file to use based on the size you require.

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM SIZE?

✨ Please contact me through Etsy Conversations before purchasing if you need a different size, to see if it can be resized. ✨ I am able to provide only one resize per listing purchase. ✨ Resize requests can take up to three business days. ✨ I do not resize TV art or panel sets. ✨ You can use online print services to resize your art prints yourself. You will be able to upload the largest size file the site allows to print the dimensions you desire. Then you can edit and position the image to your liking.

WHERE SHOULD I PRINT MY DIGITAL ART?

✨ I very highly recommend an online print service such as FinerWorks, Shutterfly, PosterJack, Snapfish, Mpix, Printful or Printify. For technical assistance, reach out to your professional online print service customer care. ✨ Local printing shops such as Staples, Office Depot or FedEx are an option as well, but keep in mind that print quality and color accuracy will vary at these locations. ✨ If you have a high quality printer at home, you can print your art on quality paper and ink. I have found it's helpful to uncheck the "fit to printable area" option and enable "borderless print" option in your printer settings. Using color ink for black and white sketches seems to provide the best outcome.

WHAT KIND OF PAPER SHOULD I USE?

✨ I recommend a heavyweight matte paper or card stock. This is an excellent budget friendly choice. For the most authentic vintage art reproduction, opt for premium archival fine art paper with a slight watercolor or linen texture such as Epson Exhibition Fiber Paper.

CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY DIGITAL PURCHASE?

DO I NEED A DROPBOX ACCOUNT?

✨ It's not necessary to have a Dropbox account to download your purchases. You do not have to sign up or log in, just "continue with download only".
