My Order Arrived Damaged or Wrong - What Do I Do?

This is honestly our worst nightmare. Please contact us immediately after receiving a damaged or incorrect order and we will make it right as quickly as we can!

Why Don't You Accept Returns and Exchanges?

Due to these being hair items, we think from a hygiene standpoint it is best not to accept returns or exchanges on our items. If an item is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly fix the situation.

Hand sewn scrunchies made out of fabulous Taylor themed fabrics! The perfect accessory because they are fashionable and functional and show off that Swiftie love! Plus, we use strong elastic to keep your hair in place!

9 different patterns are available:
- Karma the Cat: rainbow cat outlines with the words "Karma is a cat"
- Eras Doodles: the queen herself, lyrics, TS, and so much more, mainly purple themed
- Friendship Lavender: beautiful, pastel purple background with different Taylor themed words as friendship bracelets, like Midnights, Lover, Karma, and more

Scrunchies are made using liverpool fabric, which has a slight texture to it to make it fuller.

**Patterns will vary because of how the fabric is hand cut, so if there is something specific you want included on your scrunchie, PLEASE leave me a note at check out! Each item is hand cut, so slight variations in color are possible based on where the fabric is cut.
