Cancellation of Orders

I try to get orders out as quickly as possible so your order can only be canceled if your project has not been started. Most orders are started within hours of the order being placed. Let me know ASAP if you need to cancel your order. *Any cancellations are subjected to a 35% restocking fee

Unfortunately since all items are handmade and customized, there are no refunds. Please remember, as a smaller business, we cannot be responsible for damaged packages. The postal receipt will serve as confirmation of shipping, but please contact us prior to purchasing if you'd like to purchase insurance on your USPS/UPS items as it does not come standard in USPS/UPS shipping. If shop owner agrees to a refund, depending on the customization it may be a partial refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

R & R Stitched is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. We highly suggest that you contact USPS/UPS if you have not received your package. Also check with neighbors if your package says 'Delivered' We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost by USPS/UPS. (unless decided by shop owner). If the package still cannot be located, and may have been stolen, I will help you file a claim with USPS/UPS once you obtain a copy of the police report.

What happens if the shipping address is wrong?

If the buyer notices before the product is shipped, message me and I will correct it prior to shipping. If the package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I will contact the buyer and inform them of the return. The buyer is responsible for paying to re-ship the item and provide the seller with the correct address. The product will not be re-shipped until the shipping is re-purchased.

Unfortunately since all items are handmade and customized, there are no exchanges unless shop owner agrees. In the case of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for paying to re-ship the item and the new product will not be re-shipped until the shipping is re-purchased for the new item.

This is an iron-on embroidered patch.
This listing is for one patch with the color of your choice, if you need more adjust the quantity to the amount that you want.
Includes heat activated adhesive on the back so it's ready to press once you receive it.
All patches are made in house with our commercial embroidery machines.

Heat press instructions:
Peel paper backing off patch and place.
Cover with a cover sheet (Teflon, etc.)
Temperature: 300°
Press for 40-50 seconds.
Pressure: Heavy

Care/washing instructions:
Spot clean gently and air dry is recommended.
