What's the best way to make sure I receive my package without any delays or shipment snafus?

If you are in the US, your package will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Be sure to use a "USPS verified address" as your shipping address. If you enter your address at USPS.com under "look up a Zip code" then it will show you your USPS verified address: https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress There can be some very minor differences that may deter delivery. Or shipments can sometimes get delayed or returned to sender if there is a typo in the shipping address, even a minor one. Double-checking your address on the USPS website is a great way to avoid this. If your order is headed outside the US, your package will be shipped via Asendia, who then transfers it to your local postal service for delivery to your address.

The package is marked delivered but I don't see it near my door, what then?

1) Call your local post office and ask about it. You will need to call the one assigned to your address. Sometimes they mark them delivered on the way to go out on their route or even the afternoon before at the end of their shift to get ready for the next day. 2) You can also ask your neighbors and leasing office staff if they have seen it and if there are other places you might find a left package besides where you expected. 3) If you still can't find it, you can reach out to USPS Ground Advantage insurance claims. All packages are shipped with $100 insurance. 4) If it's likely that it's been stolen, then talk to your local police department to file a police report. 5) And always use a USPS verified address as your shipping address.

Will my order arrive by Christmas?

For US orders, Dec 14 is a good rule of thumb for Christmas presents. Orders are typically sent out within a week of placing the order. Shipping can take up to a week for USPS (East coast deliveries are fast, while West coast deliveries take almost the full week). International shipping can take about 2 weeks and those packages are shipped with Asendia before being passed along to your local mail carrier. So international orders would probably need more time for shipping, such as a Dec 4 timeline for ordering.

Which size airpod case cover fits the AirPod Pro 2?

The Air Pod Pro options fits both first and second generations of the Air Pod Pro case, so if you select that one it will fit your Air Pod Pro 2 case.

Do you carry case covers for the AirPod 4?

No, sorry. I haven't been able to hammer down a supplier for AirPod 4 size case covers.

Can I get a MagSafe magnet in a Samsung phone case?

MagSafe installation is now available for Galaxy 26, 26 Plus, and 26 Ultra.

Are there more details about Matte Vs Glossy finishes on phone cases?

Both great choices, but there are a couple of differences: Glossy cases are slipperier than matte cases, but have a crisp image with deeply saturated colors. Matte cases are gripper but the lower sheen makes the color seem slightly less saturated. I try to include images of both options in the the listings so you can get an idea of the difference in appearance, but there's also a bit of a difference int he feel too.

Do you have cases avalaible for other phone model sizes?

I do have cases avalable for some older models that's don't show up in the drop down menu, such as Galaxy S22, Pixel 8, and iPhone 11, 12, and SE. These are available in glossy only and not not matte. I do not have access to cases for the Samsung A15 of brands of phone other than these 3 brands. Send me a message if you are interested in a case for one of these available sizes and I'll get it started for you.

Who are these women in your listing photos?

They are not real people. I generated them in AI with a main focus on hands with cool manicures that I think look fun & interesting, and then I use Photoshop to adjust lighting and shadows and things like that. However, the video that plays in the listing is of my own two plain & un-manicured hands.

This is a stunning iPhone case. I’m very choosy when it comes to a case and this one did not disappoint. I also appreciate the owner messaging me when the order was received. Would definitely recommend.
