I usually ship on Mondays through Fridays. I always get proof of postage.

I am willing to upgrade shipping from regular airmail upon buyers request and cost.

Once the items have left the UK it is no longer the Responsibility of Royal Mail. If Items are lost during shipping I will give full co-operation through out claims and provide proof of postage where necessary.

I will happily work with buyers through any difficulties that may arise during our buyer / seller relationship, communication and co-operation is key :-)

I love to cater to my customers desires so please please please convo me if you would like a custom job. I will list your custom job in my shop to keep you updated with the progress to allow you to make comments and suggestions for the project and to make paying for it easier. I will usually insist that you allow two weeks for me to complete the items before shippings. Although if problems arise I will always keep you in the loop and update you on the situation ASAP.

Wholesale is appealing to me and I am willing to negotiate on prices and payment options.
