All our posters are printed on premium matte paper using archival-quality inks. The finish is smooth, non-reflective, and designed to highlight fine details with rich, vibrant color—perfect for framing or display.

Do the prints come framed?

No, all listings are for unframed prints unless clearly specified. This allows you to choose a frame that matches your own style and space.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! We’re really sorry to hear that. Please message us right away with clear photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. Your satisfaction means everything to us.

Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted print partners in multiple locations to ensure timely and eco-friendly delivery. Your order will ship from the facility closest to your address whenever possible.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typical transit time is 5–10 business days. Tracking will be provided as soon as your item ships.

My tracking hasn’t updated. Is my package lost?

Tracking updates can sometimes lag, especially during transit handovers. If there’s no movement for an extended period, don’t worry—we’ll take care of it. Just reach out and we’ll make things right.

I accidentally entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Please message us as soon as possible. Once an order ships, we’re unable to reroute it, but we’ll still do our best to help.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Lovely image, in high quality! I had to trim the print slightly on both sides for it to fit the frame I had bought (which was meant to have the same measurements) - but maybe that was due to some small inconsistencies with the frame, I’m not sure. Otherwise I highly recommend, the print looks great and will be perfect for our son’s nursery :)
