⭐️ What is the difference between Comfort, Bella and Gildan T-shirt?

All three are Crew neck Unisex T-shirts, and they are the most beloved high quality items for everyday wear, group wear, and gifts. They are almost the same in size measurements. Most women and men find their typical size works best. For a relaxed fit, go up a size. For an oversized fit, select two or three sizes up. The three brands come in different colors. I recommend you to choose according to your preferred color and style after checking the color charts in the gallery. *Comfort has a unique vintage look and more structured and thicker feel. It gets softer with every wash. *Bella is softer, smoother and lighter. It has a great stretch. *Gildan has a slightly more relaxed fit than Bella. We use Gildan softstyle T-shirts.

Production time : 1-4 business days. (Excluding weekends) Shipping time : 3-5 business days. (Excluding weekends) Most customers received the product within 4-8 days of the order date. But if you have a delivery deadline or group order, please place an order 10-12 days in advance. It's hard to guarantee the exact delivery date before production starts but if you let me know the city and zip code, I will check the latest delivery period. Printing is carried out at NC, CA facilities from start to finish, and delivery is carried out by USPS/Fedex/UPS/DHL in the United States. There is a standard shipping option offered (3-5 business days). Shipping upgrades vary by delivery address, so please send me a message and I'll check it for you.

⭐️ Is this vinyl or screen printing? Printing Type and Care instructions

We use the DTG method (Direct to garment), the latest printing technology for shirts. No vinyl is used, the design is printed directly into the fabric. This ensures that printing is clean and long-lasting. It's different with the decal pressed, vinyl or screen printing. In DTG printing, the colors are printed all at once. However, with heat press vinyl printing, different colors and parts of designs are aligned by hand. This is our care instructions for customers. ＊Machine wash Cold, inside-out, gentle cycle ＊Wash with Mild detergent and similar colors ＊Tumble dry low or Hang-dry ＊Do not bleach or fabric softeners ＊Do not iron directly onto the design ＊Do not dry clean

⭐️ Do you accept returns or exchanges? Can I cancel my order?

All shirts are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns and exchanges. Therefore, please fully check the shirt color and size information in the gallery and description of the listing before ordering. However, if you received a damaged product, kindly message us with the photos within 14 days of the delivery date, then we will take care of it, no worries! If you send me a message within an hour of payment completion, I can cancel your order. An hour after placing the order, the production and printing process for the T-shirts will begin, so we cannot cancel the order.

⭐️ Can I adjust my order? (size, color, design, address)

If you sent a message within an hour of placing your order, we can change all the information (shirt size, color, design, quantity, address) However, if you contact us within 1 hour after ordering, our manager can check and change your order only if the printing step has not started yet. It is not allowed to change the order information when production begins.

⭐️ I received the order but there is a problem. Can you help me?

If you received a damaged product or a different product, kindly message us with the photos within 14 days of the delivery date, then we will take care of it, no worries! If you contact us 14 days after receiving your order, it is impossible to follow up on the problem. Therefore, when the delivery is complete, I recommend you to open the product and try it on and check it as soon as possible.

⭐️ Do you sell svg or png files for your designs?

We make all the designs ourselves and we sell the final product with the printing. The design files belong to the company, so we can't sell svg digital files, iron or sublimation according to the company policy. We only run a small business directly on Etsy. If you find the same design in another site or shop, please be careful with the payment, as it is unclear from the source and not allowed.
