If you indicate an order with laser engraving, then after engraving оn accessories, we will return you only 50% of the order value - We are not responsible if you indicate the wrong text for engraving and notice after the text has been engraved or the wedding date has been changed. IMPORTANT! LASER ENGRAVING ON ACCESSORIES CAN NOT BE CHANGED AFTER APPLICATION - if the customer has specified the text for engraving with an error, the order does not belong to the return - text and engraving font changes we accept the first 24 hours after the order - if the order came damaged or did not match the description, the customer will receive a free replacement - we want the customer to be happy to buy from our store

If the order was not delivered because the recipient was not available

If the order was not delivered by mail to the client because the recipient was not available and the order returned back to us, then the client pays for the re-delivery
