Can I return or exchange an item?

My designed products are print-on-demand so I cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with the quality of the product you receive, please message me first, I respond quickly! I'll be happy to help resolve the issue. If you need to exchange an item, see my exchange policy for more information. Please consider carefully and choose the right size according to the size chart before purchasing. I cannot accept returned items due to a selection of the wrong size. I include size charts with my apparel products, please review those before you make your purchase. If you have any questions or would like to customize your order, please contact me via the 'Request Custom Order' button, located under my shop menu list.

Ooops, can I cancel the order I placed?

Please make sure you mean to purchase the item before you check out. In order to get my products to my customers as quickly as possible, I submit your order to my production company asap. So oftentimes a product goes into production right away, and I cannot cancel the item, which is why I cannot cancel orders once they're placed.

What method of printing do you use on clothing?

The designed apparel in my shop uses Direct to Garment (DTG) printing. The eco-friendly water-based inks are applied directly to the garment, which results in bright, beautiful, full-color designs. Care suggestions to give your new clothes the most love: Clothing should to be turned inside out before washing with cold water. You also shouldn’t add extra spins to your wash cycle. Drying flat is recommended, and you ideally need to avoid ironing the printed area.

My order says its been 'Delivered' but I haven't received it. Where is my order?

First please make sure the address you entered for your order is correct. Check with your neighbors to see if it was delivered nearby. Contact the delivery method provided with the tracking number. If all of these fail, please contact me and I'll do my best to help you.

I ordered more than one item from your shop, and my delivery is incomplete. Where is the rest of my order?

I use different vendors to produce my products, so many of them will be shipped separately. If you have not received tracking numbers for each of your shipped items, please let me know and I'll check with my vendors.

I entered the wrong address for my order. How do I update my address?

I submit orders to production as soon as I can, and once the item has been produced, it's not possible for me to update, cancel, refund, or replace orders. So please make sure your address is correct before you complete your purchase.

My item was lost or stolen, what do I do?

Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience. Please check your mailing address before placing your order. Misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses made with the order will not be refunded once shipped.

My item arrived damaged/defective, can I return it?

If your arrives damaged or is defective in some way, please contact me on receipt of the item. I want you to be happy with your order and do will do what I can to help. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of the damaged item and include photos of the damage/ defect and details.

My item has shipped but I still haven't received it by the delivery date, where is it?

Etsy provides estimated delivery dates for my products based on the processing time estimate I provide, your location and the shipping method. I try really hard to get your items out quickly, so if I complete the order ahead of time, your estimated delivery date will also update. It's not a perfect process, you can learn more here: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020601674-What-is-an-Estimated-Delivery-Date?segment=shopping I am not responsible for delivery delays once the order has been shipped. If your item has been delayed in transit, feel free to reach out and I will do what I can to verify it's on the way, but it is possible your item could arrive after the estimated delivery date provided by Etsy, as it is an estimate.

Why was my order delivered by Amazon?

Occasionally items are shipped via Amazon Delivery. Please note that my items ARE NOT made by Amazon or sold on Amazon. I only sell on Etsy. The Amazon Delivery service is only used in instances when the shipping will be faster to ensure that you receive your item(s) as quickly as possible.
