Each of our products is designed and crafted in Germany, where every piece is meticulously hand-knit and assembled, ensuring that each item is uniquely distinct.

All of our items are made from high-quality, natural materials, including alpaca, mohair, angora, cashmere and merino wool. To keep your natural knitted cardigans, hats, scarves, and bags looking their best: hand wash only in cold water using shampoo or wool detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water from the clothes. Lay it flat on a clean towel, adjusting it to its original shape.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We provide our own branded packaging.

Detailed size information is provided in the description of each product. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

• We do not accept returns of custom-made products, as each item is handmade and individually produced according to the measurements and specifications provided by the customer. * A full refund is available if the item is damaged during delivery or if the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. * If the item does not fit due to an error on our part, we will remake it free of charge according to the correct measurements. * If the incorrect measurements were provided by the customer, we can offer to remake the item for an additional fee. * Used, washed, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return or refund.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is not collected by the buyer and is returned to us, we are unable to issue a refund. We can resend the package at the buyer’s expense, including the cost of the new shipping.
