b. Child's Full Name
c. Date and Time of Birth
d. Weight and Length at Birth
e. Parent and Sibling information
3. Note any changes in style, font, color scheme, etc. in “note to seller” section.
4. Provide your photo(s) via email to BeeBeesDezigns [!at] gmail.com *
5. For digital files, receive your personalized announcement via email and begin printing!
*Need your photo cropped? We can crop to your specifications. Prefer black and white? We can do that too! Just let us know in the “note to seller” section or through etsy conversation.

TURNAROUND TIME
Your announcement proof will be sent via Etsy messenger within 48 hours (or less!) after payment is received. You may then check your file for errors or omissions. Revisions can be made until it meets your standards and you are completely satisfied (excessive revisions may be limited at the discretion of this shop owner).
Once approved, your digital files will be sent via the email address on file with Etsy.
Printed invitations will ship within 2 business days. We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS First Class mail. A tracking number and shipping notification will be provided. You may also upgrade your shipping option to USPS Priority for $5 dollars.
