Return/Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns♥. If for any reason you are not happy with the jewelry, you can return the product. It would be great if you contact me before ♥. The return will be accepted only if the product is in brand-new condition. Earrings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons. Custom-made engraved items are not returnable. I will issue a store credit or a refund in the value of your order (shipping charges are non-refundable), once I receive the unworn product in its original condition. Buyers are also responsible for sending the items back safely to receive a voucher or refund. Shipping costs for sending back is the customer's responsibility. Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we are not responsible for shipments when the address provided by you was not correct.
