✧ Mailed in a plain envelope using First Class Mail Labels.
✧ Tracking number is provided but is used for monitoring purposes, and can only be tracked through Etsy and Pitney Bowes.
✧ The tracking appearing on Etsy is just an approximation of normal delivery times and is sometimes inaccurate.
✧ If the item is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please allow up to 3 business days (5 during holiday weekends) before contacting me or submitting a case.

Tracked Ground Shipping:
✧ The item will be shipped in a bubble mailer or Poly Mailer.
✧ Includes a scanned USPS verified tracking number.
✧ This number is valid on Etsy and the USPS website.
✧ If the item is marked as delivered but has not arrived please contact me ASAP after asking your neighbors, checking your property, or asking the front desk if you live in an apartment complex.

Priority:
✧ Same as Tracked Ground Shipping, but shipped with Priority Shipping; Delivered 1-3 days after it has shipped.

HOW TO APPLY:
1. Clean Surface, preferably with alcohol.
✦✦Use soap and water with car surfaces.✦✦
2. Carefully pull the decal/transfer tape off the paper backing.
3. Apply decal to the surface starting with one edge.
4. When in place, use a credit card to smooth it out.
5. Slowly remove the transfer tape.
6. Let cure for 3 days.

Note: If the decal is stuck or doesn't lift off of the paper backing, rub over transfer tape with a plastic card to re-adhere the decal to the transfer tape. Pull from a more solid part of the decal.


OTHER:
✦ All our decals are made with premium outdoor vinyl and should be durable with proper care.
✦ If applied to a cup, gently wash by hand. Decals are not suitable for microwaves or dishwashers.
✦ Decals should be applied to smooth surfaces. Textured or Matte surfaces are not ideal for these decals. Please clean the surface as any oil or dirt can prevent the decal from transferring properly.
✦ These decals are a single color, there is no background color.
✦ Decals can be removed, but not reused.
