Response from Fatih

Hello, the product photos are provided as examples to show our valued customers how the rug looks. When placing an order, customers choose the rug size themselves in the size selection section, and we produce and ship it according to the chosen size. Your rug was produced and delivered in the size you selected. You cannot expect us to send a larger rug when a smaller one has been purchased. We kindly recommend being more careful when selecting the size in the future. Thank you.

Please read! The dimensions are in centimeters! Also, the rug is extremely thin and the edges are surged like the edges of clothing. They do not except returns no matter what. Buyer beware!

Thank you for your comment. You mentioned in private that the rug was small, but reflected it differently here. I understand your concern, but if a small size was ordered, a larger one can’t be expected. Sizes are shown clearly in both cm and inches when ordering. As for thickness, although the description says 4–5 mm, I produce them at 8–10 mm for better quality. You sent a flat photo, and I also take photos before shipping — the rug looked fine. The photo you took appears different due to close-up and low lighting, making the edge look misleading. Returns are accepted if there’s a print or shipping error, but no such issue occurred. This reply is just to clarify, not to oppose. Thank you
