What items can't be returned?

Anything custom, on sale, or DIY kits after opening or using. Likewise, clay cutters cannot be returned after using.

Do you charge restocking fees for returned items?

Restocking fees of 15-20% may apply to any returned order as deemed necessary, to cover packaging and packing expenses, especially on larger items such as ceramic vases and planters.

This cake lamp is approximately a foot tall (12"), not including candles, which add an additional 4" or so, approximately. Size can fluctuate slightly as these are handmade so each is unique. Minor flaws and imperfections are to be anticipated and expected, and add to the handmade quality of the item.

Includes three fully functional, battery operated candles. Batteries not included. Does produce actual light, more of a mood lighting than an actual replacement for a light fixture.
