Very nice but in my opinion she should wrap the item in bubble wrap not just put it in the bag because when you pull it out the letters fall off or they already came like that :( but she did a good job !

When I received the item, the letters were stuck on a piece of paper that removed and reshaped the letters for the bad. I contacted seller asking for a replacement and I can mail the damaged one back to them. They offered replacement letters that never arrived after they said they mailed it twice. The item was pricey for the quality it arrived in. I hope your order arrives in better condition than what I received.
