What happens if a package is returned by the carrier?

Your order will be shipped to the "Ship From" address included in your order, unless otherwise specified in the "Note to Seller" box at checkout. It is the customer's resp ①. I am not responsible for packages that are not delivered or marked as "Incomplete Address" if the package is shipped to the exact same "Ship From" address that the customer has on record on Etsy. ②. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, or if the package is refused, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. ③. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and the carrier returns the package to us, we will return any resaleable items in the package, but shipping costs or fees will not be refunded.

The workmanship is excellent. The carvings on the bell look almost like full 3D and are an integral part of the bell. The bell is heavy and made of brass, exactly as I expected. Additionally, the bell heart/striker is beautifully decorated, which definitely sets it apart from other bells I can find on etsy, which offer the same design on the outside but only a simple, unadorned striker. Another plus is the subtle stamp with the marking stamped into the metal, which also distinguishes it from other seemingly identical bells.
