How do I contact Licensed To Charm?

You can message us directly here on Etsy — we aim to reply to all messages within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday, 10am–3pm UK time). You can also email us at help@licensedtocharm.com. Messages sent over the weekend may take a little longer, but we’ll be back in touch as soon as we can!

Can I cancel or change my order?

We’ll always do our best to help, but once an order is placed it’s sent straight into our dispatch system, which makes cancellation or edits tricky. If you've ordered by mistake, message us or email us ASAP at help@licensedtocharm.com and we'll see what we can do.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes — most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they’re unused and in their original packaging. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings. Custom or personalised items are also non-returnable. If you have any issues, just get in touch — we’re happy to help!

How should I care for my jewellery?

We recommend keeping your jewellery away from water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry, soft pouch or jewellery box when not being worn. Give it a gentle polish with a soft cloth to keep it shining.

Is your jewellery really handmade?

Yes! All our pieces are designed and handcrafted in the UK using recycled sterling silver or gold vermeil. Each one is slightly unique, so you're truly wearing something special.

Are your items officially licensed?

Absolutely – we work directly with beloved brands like Aardman, Jim Henson, Moomins, and Miffy to create jewellery that's true to their stories and officially approved.

Why can’t I check out to the USA right now?

We’re switching to a duty-prepaid (DDP) process due to new US customs rules. The pause is temporary while we update systems. Who pays the duty? You do. Any import duty that applies to your order is collected at checkout and then remitted to US Customs via our courier. It’s not included in product prices; it appears as its own line at checkout. Will I have to pay anything on delivery? No. Because the duty is prepaid at checkout, there shouldn’t be any fees requested by the courier on delivery.
