Custom and personalized orders

I take customs by request only. I create collections of ready to ship pieces and will allow for a few occasional customs if my time permits. If you are interested in a custom, please message me directly through Etsy and we can discuss your special, one-of-a-kind custom!

The kind of art that I create is unique, as I use a process that preserves, combines, and alchemizes hundreds of different materials, most organic and from the earth. Depending on the nature of your piece and the material(s) it was made from, I will deliver specific care instructions, or have them described in the listing of the item. Please remember that most rough environments, high moisture, high heat, high impact, will not be good for the piece or preserve the longevity of your piece. Wear it with both love, and care.

Returns and Exchanges

Each item purchased is FINAL SALE. CURIO CRVFT accepts no returns or exchanges. There are many resale groups that you can use to resell an item if it does not fit you as planned. I do my best to photograph, showcase and describe the items look and dimensions so you can make the best judgement before purchasing. If an item breaks due to a fail in design, please contact me, and I will do my best to assess the situation, fix the item or make it right. If the piece has been damaged to excess wear and tear, CURIO CRVFT does not take responsibility for the damage.

As an artist, I take massive care to package your handmade piece appropriately to ensure a safe arrival to you. CURIO CRVFT assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged items. The moment the package has been delivered to the post office for shipping, it is out of the hands of myself and therefore, can assume no responsibility for what happens from there. If you have problems receiving your shipment, please contact USPS and provide them with your tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking number through Etsy or myself directly, feel free to reach out. Most packages are insured up to $50 through USPS. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, that is up to you and your discretion.
