Once you purchase your digital print, you’ll have instant access to multiple size ratios, making it easy to find the perfect fit for your space. All images have been exported at the maximum resolution, so they will be well over 300dpi for most print sizes. Print Sizes: ✅ 2:3 Ratio – Fits: 4x6”, 6x9”, 8x12”, 10x15”, 12x18”, 16x24”, 20x30” ✅ 3:4 Ratio – Fits: 6”x8”, 9”x12”, 12”x16”, 18”x24” ✅ 4:5 Ratio – Fits: 4x5”, 8x10”, 12x15”, 16x20” ✅ ISO Sizes (International Standard) – Fits: A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, A0, 5x7” ✅ 11x14 Ratio – Fits: 11x14” Need a different size? Send me a message, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request!

📥 How to Download Digital Art

Once your order is complete, your download will be available immediately. You can access it in two ways: ✔️ Right after checkout, Etsy will provide a download link. ✔️ Later, you can always find your files under “Purchases & Reviews” in your Etsy account. 🔗 Access Your Downloads: www.etsy.com/your/purchases There are no limits on downloads—your files will always be available unless the order is canceled or removed. I recommend saving them to your device right away! If your payment is still processing, the “Download Files” button will appear greyed out. Having trouble? Send me a message, and I’ll help!

📂 Why Did I Get a PDF or Zip File?

Due to Etsy’s file size limits, your purchase may include: ✅ A zip file with all your images. ✅ A PDF file containing a link to your high-quality downloads. Need assistance? Message me anytime!

📧 Guest Checkout & Missing Emails

Bought as a guest? Your download link will be in your Etsy receipt email. If you don’t see it, check: ✔️ Spam/junk folder ✔️ Gmail’s “Social” or “Promotions” tabs ✔️ Add transaction@etsy.com to your contacts to avoid missing future emails Still can’t find it? Send me a message, and I’ll help you get your files.

🔗 Trouble Downloading?

If your download link isn’t working: ✔️ Disable any browser extensions (like ad blockers) and try again. ✔️ Clear your browser cookies and refresh the page. ✔️ If you see a corrupt file message, delete and redownload. Still stuck? I’m happy to send you a direct link—just reach out!

🍏 Apple Pay Users – Can’t Find Your Download?

If you used Apple Pay and selected “Hide My Email,” Etsy might have sent your download link to a random generated email. Try: ✔️ Logging into Etsy on a web browser (not the app) and checking your purchases. ✔️ If that doesn’t work, message me, and I’ll email your files directly.
