Where can I find my order?

Once your order is complete, you'll receive a download link via Etsy’s "Purchases and Reviews" section. Simply log into your Etsy account, go to "Your Account" > "Purchases and Reviews" and click the “Download Files” button next to your order.

Where can I print my graduation invitation/welcome sign/printable?

There are plenty of options for printing your printable art download. You can print directly from your home computer, or visit a one-hour photo service like CVS, Walgreens, or Walmart. For online printing, try services like Nations Photolab, Vistaprint, Shutterfly, Costco, Snapfish, Officeworks, Simple Canvas Prints, The UPS Store, FedEx, Mpix, Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Framafoto, and more.

I can’t download my files from the Etsy app. What should I do?

Unfortunately, the Etsy app does not support file downloads. Please use a web browser (such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) on your computer or mobile device to access and download your files. Simply log in to Etsy via the browser, go to "Your Account" > "Purchases and Reviews," and click the “Download Files” button next to your order.

Can you send my order to a different email address?

Even if your email is incorrect on Etsy, you can still access your files right away by visiting Etsy.com. Simply go to "Purchases and Reviews" to download your product.

Our templates are created in Canva, an easy-to-use online design tool. If you're not familiar with Canva or need help using the template, we’re happy to assist you! Just reach out, and we’ll guide you through the process. If you prefer, we can also make the necessary edits for you for a small customization fee of $5.99 USD.

I signed in with my Apple ID and I’m having trouble downloading my files. What should I do?

We recommend signing in with your regular Etsy credentials (email and password) instead of using Apple ID. Signing in with Apple ID can sometimes cause delays in retrieving your digital files. If you encounter any issues, please send us a message, and we will resolve the problem quickly.
