• All orders qualify for complimentary express shipping.
• Delivery is typically completed within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Each order is securely packaged to arrive in pristine condition.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• As each item is individually personalized, we kindly do not accept returns or exchanges unless the error is on our end.
• Please note that we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• We recommend placing your order with sufficient time for both production and delivery.
• Please note that personalized designs are applied via a clear vinyl sticker on the epoxy surface. As epoxy has a naturally textured finish, minor variations in adhesion may be visible at certain angles — this is a characteristic of the material, not a defect, and does not qualify as grounds for return.
• Ensuring your satisfaction is very important to us. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out — we aim to respond within 24 hours.
