I use ARB Blanks and Blanks Boutique brands. Please review the sizing chart included in the listing. Measurements are for the unwashed garment. I can't accept returns if you select the wrong size garment. If a size is out of stock I will use another boutique quality brand to ensure that you receive your item on time.

Please wash appliqued/embroidered items inside out in the washing machine on a cool setting. For best results, lay flat to dry. Should you choose to dry the item in a dryer, please keep in mind that cotton will shrink. To iron, turn shirt inside out and iron on the back of the applique. I have placed a soft backing over the back of the applique/embroidery to provide sensitive skin protection from the stabilizer and embroidery thread. Over many washings, the backing material may start to separate from the applique. You can take an iron on a hot setting (no steam) and iron the material back onto the shirt or you can just take the material off (by the time you take the backing off, the stabilizer and stitches will have softened up).

Due to the custom nature of my work, there are no returns on personalized items unless an error has been made on my part. Please contact me within 3 business days of receiving the item and I will correct and remake the item exactly as it was originally ordered.

We do have 3 dogs. Although I take great care to make sure the items do not come in contact with our dogs, there is always the possibility of a stray hair!
