Custom and personalized orders

We happily accept custom orders on our “dog swag” and will accommodate as best we can. Some of our current products stemmed from the ideas of people like you! Whether you are looking for a specific fabric design, color, want a specific name or message printed, etc., please message us so we can work with you on it. We do not accept customization as it relates to face masks.

We want your size to be perfect — as such, we will allow a one time size exchange on bandanas and bow-ties (providing your order hasn’t been customized). If your pattern no longer exists we will give you an equal/comparable exchange. Simply send us back your bandana within the timelines in our policies. We’ll launder it and donate it to a rescue.

Prepayment for Products

Unfortunately we are unable to accept prepayment on products as a means of “holding” them for you.

Problems With Products - Size, Damage, etc.

If you have any issues with your product we welcome the opportunity to make it right. Please simply message us within 14 days with as much description of the issue as possible and attach pictures if it’s an issue related to damage. Nothing hurts us more, both personally and as a small business, than receiving a poor review on an issue that we knew nothing about.
