Custom and personalized orders

The shop not accept returns/refunds on personalized items. A personalized item includes any item you add on to. Example: A Happy Birthday banner is not personalized, but adding additional lettering and/or names is (Happy Birthday Sarah) When placing a personalized order, the shop will spell out your custom name/message EXACTLY as you type it in (title/sentence case will match how the product is made). Please make sure there are no spelling or grammatical errors, as we do not offer refunds/exchanges on personalized/custom products.

Do you accept cancellations?

The shop does not usually accept cancellations. Even though the processing time is 2-3 days, sometimes orders can be started soon after an order is placed. If a cancellation is essential, please message the shop to see if it's possible. This is a case by case basis.

Shipping and Processing time?

Each product will have the estimated processing and shipping time for that item. Please remember, sometimes shipping time can vary depending on weather, the time of year, etc... so please plan accordingly. The processing time for the shop to make and ship your order is currently 2-3 business days, since these items are made to order. When possible, I will absolutely try to get your order completed sooner.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please message the shop as soon as you can so we can work out a plan of action. Please inspect your delivery within 7 days of receiving the item. After 7 days has passed, it is assumed your package arrived undamaged, and no refunds/replacements will be considered.

On rare occasions, I am unable to get a color from a specific brand/vendor/manufacturer that I consistently use. This means, I have to substitute a different brand. Colors will be almost identical and quality will be just as good. Always remember, as I try to make sure the colors on the screen are close to what you will see when you receive the item, everyone has different monitor settings, and color on the screen is always slightly different than what's in your hands.
