The 6 Tier Cat Condo, Heavy Duty Cordura Fabric, choice of colors

My Cat Condo is now available in a Six Tier version. Like my original Condo, this is fun for cats, pleasant to the eye, but even easier to maintain. This Cat Condo has the same dimensions and sturdy frame as my original Condo, but is made with 1,000 Denier Textured Nylon w/ Urethane coated fabric. Cordura fabrics are known for their durability and resistance to abrasions, tears and scuffs. This fabric is used to make large dog hammocks not only for their strength, but for ease in maintenance. Simply wipe it clean or take it outside to hose it off.

Cats love to up on top of things and while my hammocks were well loved, they just didn't have the height that they craved. My household of cats are aging (9 to 17 years), and the older they get, the harder it is for them to get up on the wooden cat trees. I found a way to position the hammocks so that my old kids can stair step up to the top. With the 10 odd condos I have around my house, this one has become the clear favorite. Hammocks are very comfortable to sleep in after all. What I like best about this condo (other than the fact that the kids love it), is that cleaning around it is simple. It's light weight enough for me to slide it around when it comes time to vacuum up the cat hairs in my home. No more pulling out the vacuum edger to get the hairs stuck to the side of the wooden cat trees. This means more of my time devoted to my gang.

Cordura fabrics can be used outside, although I do not recommend using them year round in freezing climates. PVC is not rated for continuous freezing and thawing. If you choose to place your Cordura condo in an outdoor catio space, specify use for outdoors and I will top stitch the load bearing seams in an outdoor rated thread.

I have sold a lot of cat condos and the consistent feedback that I get on them is as follows:
1) So easy to clean, and easy to move around to clean under it.
2) My cats love it. They were in it immediately and settled down for a long nap
3) Incredibly easy to assemble.
4) Am replacing all of my heavy, impossible to clean wooden carpeted cat trees with these.
5) I'm saving money for a second one (and in fact I have a lot of repeat customers).

The Condo is 58" tall, which is perfect window height for cats and contains 6 tiers of hammocks. The hammocks are a generous 17" by 20", so they fit even the largest cats. I think what cats like best about this condo is its height (they can look down on their minions), and the flex in the hammock makes for good sleeping.

Condos are made to order. Generally I can have these made in a week, but things can get backed up during busy seasons. I will contact you with an estimated ship date once I receive your order.

Construction: Each hammock measures 20 inches by 17 inches. The overall Condo is 58" tall, 33" wide and 20" deep. All corner and connector pieces are furniture grade PVC. The frame and leg pieces are 1" plumbing grade PVC, which has been sanded down to remove the print that you normally find on that material.

Shipping and assembly: The condo is shipped partially assembled. The hammocks will be assembled in their frames, and you will need to attach the legs and upright poles. No tools are required and it assembles in minutes. Instructions will be shipped with your order. Let me know if you want an advanced copy of these instructions.

The cost for shipping has gone up recently. I will look for less expensive shipping options, and if I find one, will refund the difference to you.

Care: The hammock fabric can be wiped down with a damp rag for day to day cleaning or you can take it outside and hose it down. The pipes can be wiped down with a damp cloth or Magic Eraser. They are completely water safe and can be fully submersed in water and scrubbed clean if necessary.
