We cut premium metal (2 mm) and finish it with matte, electrostatic powder-coat for a smooth, durable, rust-resistant surface.

Is it suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. The powder-coated finish is weatherproof. Choose black for coastal or harsh environments, or mount on hard surfaces with extra clear paint.

How do I mount it? Is hardware included?

Yes—standard wall screws + anchors are included. Many designs also include hidden spacers (stand-off) for a floating shadow effect.

Will it work on brick, tile, or concrete?

Absolutely. Use masonry anchors and a suitable drill bit. For tile, tape the area first and drill slowly to avoid cracks.

What if I need a different size?

We can scale most designs. Send your preferred width/height and we’ll quote and confirm proportions before you purchase.

Do you take custom orders (names, logos, new designs)?

Yes! We personalize names, dates, fonts, or create from your logo/artwork. We share a digital proof for approval before cutting.

How long is production and shipping?

Typical production is 1–3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location; tracking is provided for every order.

What if my item arrives damaged or bent?

Please message us within 48 hours with photos of the box and item. We’ll replace or resolve immediately—no stress.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Non-custom items can be returned unused in original packaging within the shop’s return window. Custom/personalized pieces aren’t returnable unless damaged/defective.

How do I clean and care for it?

Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals to protect the powder-coat.
