Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We aim to provide the best description and note any flaws; please keep in mind these pieces are lived in and loved. Also, it is buyer's responsibility to refer to the measurements listed. If you need more measurement info, please inquire before placing your order. We will not return items based upon ill fit. If you feel an item has been misrepresented, please send us a message.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, all sales are final.

Can I track my order?

All orders are sent with tracking. You should receive an email with tracking information. Currently we only ship domestic USPS.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are ready to ship in 1-5 business days.

I didn’t receive a receipt with my order?

As a small effort to be more environmentally friendly, we no longer ship with a paper receipt. An electronic receipt should send immediately after purchase, you may choose to print if you wish. Please note— if you receive a promotion card, it is made from recycled paper!

Do you offer insurance?

If you are interested in purchasing package insurance, please send a message before placing your order, as there will be an additional charge.

What does “reserved” mean on an item?

Reserved means this item is being held for one of the following reasons; on hold for a customer, in use for promotional purposes, and/or simply not able to ship promptly. Please inquire before purchasing a “reserved” item, otherwise your order is subject to cancellation.

I never received my package?

Once an order is processed and shipped it is in the hands of USPS and therefore beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. We do offer package insurance which is an additional fee and we will ALWAYS provide tracking info. All disputes are handled with USPS, however; we will try our best to help you in any case.

Why is my order in a recycled box?

We try our best to 1. be environmentally friendly where we can and 2. pass any savings from packing materials onto you! If your package arrives safely in a recycled box— we are here to remind you, it’s what’s on the inside that counts.
