This was the perfect ring box to complete my proposal. The first box sent by the seller didn’t match my expectations, I got in contact and the seller was really responsive and agreed to make another box to rectify the issues. He was gracious and a pleasure to work with, showed empathy and understood the issues I had. There wasn’t any pushback, he quickly created two new boxes and sent me a number of images of each so I could choose my favourite. He then shipped this out immediately. He also included some spare dry flowers as I asked for these to incorporate them into my proposal. Communication throughout was speedy and the end product was great. Thank you Oleksii, my fiancée (future wife) absolutely loved the box. So does anyone else that has seen it.
