What is your turnaround time?

Our current turn around time s 2-3 working days, (exc Weekends) plus delivery. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. Our standard delivery time for Royal Mail Tracked 48 is 2-3 days, and our express delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hrs. Please note this is a delivery aim and not a guarantee. If you would like a guaranteed service please contact me and I will be happy to arrange. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Do you offer a rush my order service ?

All of our listings offer an express delivery service, however if you would also like your order to be processed earlier than our standard 2-3 day Service, please do contact us and we would be happy to try and accommodate.

When will my order arrive ?

All of our orders are packaged well to ensure your item arrives to you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, on the rare occasion that a breakage occurs during transit, please message us as soon as possible with some images of the packaging and item.
